Qahera Munaim has been in formulation and process development in the biotechnology industry since 2010. She joined Acumen as a Senior Scientist in December 2022. Prior to joining Acumen, Qahera was a Scientist at Coherus, leading the formulation department. She spent 11 years at Amgen, engaged in developing novel solutions to drug product issues while enabling successful progression of drug candidates from pre-IND to commercialization. Her involvement has spanned multiple kinds of modalities for liquid and lyophilized forms. She has been involved with numerous product launches at Amgen and holds multiple patents and publications. Qahera received her BS in Biochemistry at UCLA.
