OUR WORK ENVIRONMENT
We have offices located in Charlottesville, VA, and Carmel, IN. While many of our team members live near enough to our offices to have a hybrid work environment, we also understand that exceptional talent can be found in many different locations. Therefore, we embrace technology to connect team members wherever they are located to operate seamlessly as a virtual + hybrid company. Building a strong and connected team is key to our success, so our goal is to bring employees together a few times a year for a combination of work and fun. At least once a year, the Acumen team gives back to support our mission by volunteering for a cause related to Alzheimer’s disease.
Every single one of our employees plays a significant role in building and shaping an inclusive and respectful culture.
