Prajakta Mangeshkar (MSc, MS) joined the Acumen team in January 2024 as the Associate Director, Clinical Operations and has over 15 years of experience in clinical research operations and project management. She has extensive experience managing pharmaceutical drugs/medical device clinical trials in all stages of their life cycle spanning a wide variety of research disciplines, including Neurology, Interventional cardiology and Oncology in both adult and pediatric patient populations.

Before joining Acumen, Prajakta worked in academic, CRO, and pharmaceutical environments and early in her career her leadership of a neuro-oncology trial led to FDA approval of an orphan drug.

Prajakta holds a MSc Degree in Life Sciences/Biochemistry from Mumbai University, India and a MS degree in Neuroendocrinology from Miami University, Ohio.
