Elizabeth joined Acumen as a consultant in January 2025 and as an employee in October 2025. Elizabeth brings more than 25 years of accounting, reporting and advisory experience to Acumen. Prior to joining Acumen, Elizabeth was the Director of Financial Reporting for a Global football organization and was a Director at WilliamsMarston, where she provided advisory services to clients. She has held various positions including Controller, Director and Assistant Controller in the biotech, pharmaceutical, manufacturing and cryptocurrency industries for both private and publicly held companies. She has an extensive background in accounting, SEC reporting, stock-based compensation, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, and XBRL reporting requirements, as well as risk and cash management, and implementation of cloud-based software for SEC reporting and equity management. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Seton Hall University.
