How long have you been with Acumen?

I joined Acumen in October 2021.

What excites you most about the work you do at Acumen?

The challenge. Every day, there’s something new to untangle, from the smallest detail to the bigger puzzle we’re all trying to solve. It keeps things interesting, and I like knowing that what I do contributes to something meaningful.

Which of Acumen’s four values (People, Integrity, Innovation, and Perseverance) resonates most with your work and role?

Perseverance, hands down. Making progress in this field takes patience and persistence, and I admire how the whole team stays focused even when the path isn’t always straightforward.

From your perspective, what sets our company apart in the field of Alzheimer’s research?

We move fast, but we don’t cut corners. There’s a sense of urgency combined with a real commitment to doing things the right way, which isn’t always easy to balance. That mix of ambition and integrity makes a difference.

What is one topic you could talk about for hours?

I love a good story—whether it’s about history, travel, or just a funny thing that happened last weekend. The best conversations are the ones that take unexpected turns and make you see things in a new light.
